Prince Law Group filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Clark County District Court on June 5, 2023 against the Fashion Show Mall on behalf of the Estate of Clarice Yamaguchi, deceased, and her surviving heirs. On New Year’s Eve 2021, Clarice and her husband, Robert Yamaguchi, were entering the Fashion Show mall from the covered parking lot when an assailant attempted to steal Clarice’s purse.
