ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Shannon M. Wilson is an associate attorney. She practices primarily in personal injury and business litigation. Prior to joining Prince Law Group, Shannon’s legal career spanned a variety of practice areas including family law, entity formation, and contract law.

Shannon also has unique experience in the emerging cannabis industry. She has earned a winning record in complicated regulatory matters concerning cannabis licensure for vertically integrated operations. She has counseled cannabis and cannabis-related businesses in startup operations, expansion, and regulatory compliance. 

Shannon was selected to the Nevada Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2021, 2022, and 2023. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in management with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida, and her J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Shannon is admitted to practice law in Nevada and Florida.

In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and riding her motorcycle.
